- Original Content: Your audio shout-out must be your own original creation.
- Prohibited Content: Do not include any offensive, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, threats, harassment, and explicit material.
- Third-party Rights: Ensure that your shout-out does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

4. Submission Process
- Recording: Record a heartfelt 30-second to 1-minute audio shout-out directly from your mobile phone.
- Uploading: Upload your audio file using the provided tool below.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your shout-out is received and another email when it is scheduled to be aired.

5. Use of Submissions
By submitting a shout-out, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the shout-out in any media.

6. Privacy
Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a shout-out, you consent to our use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that all shout-outs will be aired. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not comply with these terms and conditions or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
