Mashup Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   - The DJ Mashup Mix Challenge is open to DJs of all skill levels ages 17+.
   - Participants must have a valid email address and access to the internet to submit their entries.

2. Submission Guidelines:
   - All submissions must be original mashup mixes created by the participant.
   - Each participant may submit one mix only.
   - Mixes should be between 5 and 10 minutes in length.
   - Submissions must be in MP3 format and uploaded via the "Mashup Challenge" tab and attach your mix using the tool below.
   - Entries must include the participant's name, contact information, and a brief description of the mix.

3. Deadline:
   - All entries must be submitted by 12am September 1, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.

4. Selection and Notification:
   - Entries will be judged based on creativity, technical skill, and overall appeal.
   - Selected mixes will be aired on All Love Radio 617.
   - Winners will be notified via email and announced on the All Love Radio 617 website and social media channels.

5. Prizes:
   - The best DJ mashup mixes will be featured on All Love Radio 617.
   - Top DJs will receive exclusive interviews and features.
   - Additional prizes may be awarded at the discretion of All Love Radio 617.

6. Rights and Usage:
   - By submitting a mix, participants grant All Love Radio 617 the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute the mix for promotional purposes.
   - Participants retain ownership of their original mixes.

7. Disqualification:
   - Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
   - All Love Radio 617 reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

8. General Conditions:
   - All Love Radio 617 is not responsible for any technical issues or failures related to the submission process.
   - By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of All Love Radio 617, which are final and binding in all respects.

9. Privacy:
   - Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the DJ Mashup Mix Challenge and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
